The problem

The online education market is very competitive, and the old design did not withstand this competition

The company was rebranded and the service was no longer in line with the corporate message

The service did not have a mobile version, and it was very difficult to use what is available on a mobile device

Challenge

Reduce the percentage of irrelevant course applications, thereby reducing the burden on the HR department

Speed up the service and the implementation of new features. This will help maintain the project budget

Increase the number of course applications and user loyalty to the service

We had a big team and broken processes. But we managed to fix everything
