The international hospitality

and entertainment company tested a new food delivery direction—ordering dishes from different restaurants in a single check. The delivery included 19 brands managed by the client company

The problem

The delivery business is mainly focused on deliveries from one cafe. At the time of creation, no such service existed yet

The company did not have a Web service and the mobile application required significant improvements in the interface

The company was interested in signing additional contracts with cafes from other brands

Challenge

Create an comprehensible Web service for food ordering that reflects the identity of each brand's  cafe

Refine the order logic in the mobile app and develop UI matching the brand's overall style

Develop a Kiosk design for orders from shopping centers

Develop a website to attract additional brands

The website implementation for partners fell on the shoulders of the designers.
